  • Paid creative strategy on Meta
  • Ad copy across paid campaigns
  • Creative testing frameworks — angles, hooks, formats
  • Performance data and learning loops
  • Briefing and leading a team of video editors and static designers

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in paid creative strategy, DTC preferred
  • $100K+ in monthly ad spend managed on a single account
  • Strong Meta Ads experience
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in a voice that resonates with the military community
  • A genuine understanding of military culture, the creative has to resonate with people who will see through anything that feels off

Preferred

  • Apparel or gear experience is a plus
