- Own creation, management, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across multiple clients.

- Standout: Budget oversight of $100k+ monthly and proactive client relationship focus.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Successful paid ad campaign results
- Research, collaboration, development, and the presentation of effective paid ad strategies for Webolutions’ clients
- Strategic campaign development and thoughtful improvement of existing paid ad campaigns using data driven decision making
- Successful creation and implementation of paid ad campaigns, management, analytics and optimization to provide ever improving ROI
- Management of $100k+ monthly ad budget across all clients and all campaigns
- Creating great relationships with Webolutions’ clients. Engaging, intelligent, proactive, and friendly client communications
- Evolving Webolutions paid digital ad offerings and strategies through continuously researching, testing, and implementing fresh, innovative strategies to keep our Webolutions clients on the leading edge
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years strategically planning, creating, launching, and managing successful, ROI-driven, enterprise paid marketing campaigns.
- Certified in Google Ads & GA4 Certification
- Experience installing and configuring effective data collection systems
- Google Analytics with events
- UTM Tacking system creation for ads
- CRM analysis for reporting lead attribution and campaign ROI
- Analyzing user engagement tracking, heat maps, etc. to improve UX
- An Excellent ability to learn software systems & tools quickly
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with Content Management Software (WordPress)
Preferred
- Experience with Google Data Studio or other business intelligence dashboard tools
- Graphic Design Experience
