Responsibilities

  • The Outpatient Clinician Trainer and Brand Ambassador serves a dual role focused on organizational growth, community engagement, and workforce development by promoting outpatient mental health services through strategic outreach, referral development, and community partnerships while overseeing the onboarding, training, and clinical readiness of newly hired outpatient staff. As the public facing representative of the outpatient program, this position builds relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, schools, and community stakeholders to increase awareness, access, and referrals, while ensuring new hires receive comprehensive orientation, clinical competency training, and ongoing support that promotes high-quality service delivery, compliance, and employee retention

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline.
  • Must have a verified clinical practicumOrlicensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations – as outlined in program requirements
