Job Summary

Drive on-site marketing coverage for Live Nation venues by managing real-time social posts and cross-department collaboration.

  • Escort photographers and post live Instagram coverage for each show

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each show
  • Create and post lively real-time coverage of each event on the venue ’ s social media pages (Instagram Stories)
  • Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices
  • Work with our house photographer to ensure quality content is being captured
  • Collaborate across departments including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight specific venue offerings
  • Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate
  • Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by the General Manager
  • Evenings and weekend work is required. You must be available for all concerts in the 2026 season.

Requirements

  • Bachelor ’ s degree preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
  • Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
  • Creative, and proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Evenings and weekend work is required. You must be available for all concerts in the 2026 season.
