Responsibilities

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our nursing home services, emphasizing the unique benefits and features of our facility.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to generate referrals and enhance our network.
• Digital Marketing: Utilize online platforms and social media to enhance our digital presence and engage with potential residents and their families.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, both virtual and in-person, to showcase our facility, educate the community about our services, and foster connections with prospective residents and their families.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with admissions, healthcare professionals, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents and maintain open lines of communication.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and demographic shifts to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements
