Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for marketing capabilities, guiding discovery, requirements, and KPI-driven delivery in partnership with marketing, product, and engineering to drive tangible marketer and customer outcomes.

  • Discovery to Adoption: Lead ideation, competitive research, business cases, and post-launch adoption with clear success metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create strategy to deliver key marketer, customer & business outcomes under guidance of Group Manager, Digital Product and in partnership with Martech Engineering and Product team
  • Lead product discovery and requirements definition for roadmap items, including ideation, competitive research, opportunity assessment & business casing
  • Contribute to development & execution of product roadmap while managing trade offs
  • Work with cross-functional partners in marketing, digital product, technology and engineering to ensure successful development, launch and adoption of new capabilities
  • Support training and change management for end users of our marketing technology stack
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of deliveries and inform future priorities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years progressive responsibility in Digital Product Management that includes highly visible, customer-facing digital marketing experiences and tools
  • Minimum 3+ years leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud (AJO, RTCDP, CJA, AEM, Target) to support B2C marketing
  • Experience managing multiple business stakeholders across a complex organization
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively storytell to both technical and business cross-functional teams, gaining buy-in with peers and leaders across the enterprise.
  • Ability to synthesize a mix of data, customer feedback, business KPIs and post-launch performance into a clear narrative for stakeholders and leadership

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or engineering
  • Experience using agentic, generative or predictive AI tools in a B2C marketing context
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, JPD, Confluence)
