Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and events to promote Business Technology Services solutions
• Coordinate webinars, in-person events, and conference trade shows from planning through post event follow-up
• Manage marketing projects using firm project management tools to track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, QA, deployment, and performance tracking
• Create, edit, and publish marketing content aligned to firm branding and messaging standards
• Support website and digital updates across the firm website and BTS storefronts
• Execute social media promotion to support campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
• Maintain marketing calendars, documentation, and performance reporting to support visibility
• Collaborate with consulting leaders and subject matter experts across National Office and BTS practices to ensure aligned execution
• Support sales and marketing reporting through accurate account, opportunity, lead, and campaign data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Conduct market and competitive research to support campaign planning and positioning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience supporting email marketing, digital campaigns, and live or virtual events
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance content development, analysis, and overall marketing efficient
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
