Job Summary

Own the visual strategy across packaging, retail, and digital touchpoints, delivering premium storytelling and consistent brand systems while coordinating with retailers, e-commerce visuals, and launch pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative execution for product launches, packaging updates, line extensions, and new SKU introductions, ensuring all related assets are delivered on schedule
  • Develop packaging graphics, claims architecture, visual systems, and product storytelling that reinforce premium shelf presence and brand consistency
  • Ensure packaging and product visuals align with regulatory, retailer, and production requirements
  • Support innovation concepts, mockups, and presentation materials for future pipeline products
  • Design and develop sales enablement, retail, and trade marketing materials including sell sheets, presentations, displays, POS materials, sampling assets, category reviews, and launch decks
  • Create retailer-specific creative assets, promotional programs, merchandising materials, and activation tools that support distribution growth and shopper engagement
  • Develop visual storytelling and presentation materials for retailer meetings, distributor presentations, trade shows, customer events, and executive reviews
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support retailer opportunities, field requests, and merchandising initiatives across channels
  • Design and optimize Amazon PDPs, A+ content, storefront assets, digital shelf visuals, and website merchandising content to improve conversion and consumer engagement
  • Support DTC creative initiatives including email marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, landing pages, and digital merchandising assets
  • Develop static and motion-ready creative for paid media across Meta, Google, Amazon, display, and emerging platforms
  • Build and refine creative variations for testing and optimization based on performance metrics, consumer behavior insights, and business objectives
  • Serve as the primary creative partner supporting marketing, sales, retail, Amazon, partnership, and business initiatives
  • Maintain and evolve Syncron's visual identity, brand guidelines, and design systems while ensuring consistency across all consumer and customer touchpoints
  • Manage creative asset libraries, version control, retailer adaptations, compliance updates, and regulatory-driven design changes to improve speed-to-market
  • Provide creative support for cross-functional projects, product launches, presentations, and emerging business needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • HS Diploma Required; Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably within CPG, consumer products, food & beverage, wellness, or performance brands
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across packaging, digital, retail, and performance marketing creative
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, motion tools, or video editing a plus
  • Experience designing for Amazon PDPs, e-commerce merchandising, and conversion-focused digital creative
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, packaging architecture, and consumer-facing brand systems
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining premium design quality
  • Comfortable receiving performance feedback and iterating creative based on data and business outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and file management discipline

Preferred

  • familiarity with Figma, motion tools, or video editing a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
