Job Summary

Own NAM product marketing for drives with cross functional leadership, lifecycle governance, and pricing strategy to drive SDS growth in the region.

  • Growth ownership: lead offer deployment, pricing, and promotions to unlock NAM SDS growth.
  • Voice of customer and cross-functional coordination: translate feedback into evolutions and lifecycle plans across sales, engineering, and regions.
  • Lifecycle governance: manage product lifecycle, PEP, and end of life planning with conversion studies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage product marketing for NAM dedicated offer
  • NAM Drives business growth
  • Cross functional leadership & cross level collaboration
  • Responsible for the growth of drives business (majorly SDS) in NAM that she/he in charge
  • Manage the Product Life cycle and the PEP of each product line
  • Prioritize customer request, manage solution/trouble shooting and establish evolutions if needed
  • Lead the offer deployment in the zone.
  • Communicate on offer updates, develop pricing and Promotion tools.
  • Support NAM zone requests on all topics related to the offer
  • Provide marketing support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a technical background.
  • 5 + years of experience Sales, Marketing, Technical support related to customers.
  • Cross-cultural experience (interaction with other countries)
  • Drives Technology / Power conversion Technology and Drives Business
  • Experienced in customer engagement and VOC collection
  • Familiar with norms and circumstance/requirement of the variable speed drive market
  • Proficient in English and Spanish preferably
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments
  • Value chain understanding
  • Pricing and Business model understanding
