• Experience in the insurance industry with proven cross-sell results
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience managing or coordinating within a business or customer service setting
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in professional growth within an agency environment
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses
