Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
• Create and optimize campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results.
• Conduct audience research and targeting optimization.
• Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding.
• Analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with Meta platform updates and advertising best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
• Experience with conversion tracking and Meta Pixel.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience with e-commerce campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+.
• Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
