Own and scale Meta Ads for stbl admin, driving end-to-end campaign execution from planning and targeting to copy, testing, and funnel optimization.

Lead audience targeting, creative testing, and budget decisions
Track results and drive next steps across the funnel
Own growth initiatives for Meta on a crypto admin tool in an early-stage product

Plan, build, launch and optimize our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns end to end
Own audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation
Write and iterate on ad copy and angles, and brief or create simple creatives
Track performance and report clearly on what is working, what is not, and what to do next
Improve our funnel from ad click to signup, working closely with the rest of the team
Experiment with new angles, audiences and formats to find what converts for a crypto admin tool

Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), this is a must
A track record of running and improving paid campaigns, ideally with measurable results
Comfort with audiences, A/B testing, pixel/conversion tracking, and reading the data
Good written and spoken English
Self-starting and comfortable owning your channel in an early-stage product
