Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to retain and grow Club membership
• Conduct tours and orientation programs for prospective and new members
• Personally meet each member to build strong, lasting relationships
• Collaborate with the Membership committee to host prospective member events and manage a perpetual member invitee roster
• Oversee the onboarding process for all new members.
• Conduct welcome orientations to introduce club amenities, policies, and staff.
• Ensure new members are fully integrated into club programs, activities, and social opportunities.
• Serve as staff liaison for the Membership Committee
• Coordinate all Club community relations efforts
• Manage the Club's social media presence and digital promotional materials

Requirements

• Experience in membership, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with membership databases, CRM systems, and digital communications tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for Club events
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on-site during Club operating hours and events
