Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones, respond to emails and messages, and address member inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
• Assist with member check-in and daily facility operations.
• Conduct gym tours for prospective members.
• Present membership options and confidently close membership sales.
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text.
• Build relationships with current and prospective members to encourage referrals and member retention.
• Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms.
• Design professional marketing materials, promotional graphics, and digital content using Canva.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous sales experience or confidence selling memberships.
• Required experience creating content and designing marketing materials using Canva.
• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.

Preferred

• Experience with basic photography and video editing is preferred.
• Passion for fitness, health, and helping others is preferred.
