Job Summary

Lead the member experience at the front desk and drive online engagement by creating content, supporting events, and promoting programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every athlete and member with exceptional customer service.
  • Check members in and ensure every visit is a great experience.
  • Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries.
  • Schedule evaluations and introductory workouts.
  • Assist with membership sales and retention.
  • Keep the lobby, front desk, and retail area organized and professional.
  • Build genuine relationships with members and families.
  • Capture photo and video content during training sessions.
  • Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
  • Post daily stories, reels, and member highlights.

Requirements

  • Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable talking with parents, athletes, and adult members.
  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
  • Passion for fitness, athletics, health, or sports is a huge plus.
  • Photography or video editing experience is a bonus.
