Job Summary

Translate RNDR Medical’s engineering prowess into accessible, customer-focused stories across social, web, and events, while supporting media monitoring, case studies, and conference prep to build visibility in the medical-device ecosystem.

  • Tell engineering-driven stories for medical device OEMs, startups, and clinical partners across social and digital channels.
  • Convert complex technical concepts into clear, audience-ready content and assets for web, LinkedIn, and conference materials.

Job Description

  • Help manage RNDR Medical’s customer success campaigns, showcasing how clients and healthcare organizations benefit from partnering with RNDR Medical’s engineering and development expertise
  • Ideate new and innovative ways to tell customer and company stories across social media platforms
  • Edit news highlights and social media content
  • Assist in writing social media copy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Assist with media monitoring efforts to track RNDR Medical’s presence and reputation in the medical device industry
  • Develop and support the creation of written, visual, and video content that communicates RNDR Medical’s engineering capabilities
  • Collaborate with the engineering and business development teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for target audiences including medical device OEMs, startups, and clinical partners
  • Support development of case studies, capability summaries, and portfolio spotlights that highlight RNDR’s track record across endoscopy, endourology, structural heart, electrophysiology, and peripheral vascular
  • Assist in maintaining and refreshing website content related to capabilities, projects, and design platforms
  • Support preparation activities for medical industry conferences and trade shows
  • Progress towards a college degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, or Marketing required
  • College senior or above required
  • Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify
  • Social media platform knowledge required, with particular strength in LinkedIn and professional B2B channels
  • AP Style writing skills required
  • Video editing experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical subject matter clearly for non-technical audiences
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, and creative
  • Video editing experience preferred
  • Interest in the medical device industry preferred
  • Highly driven, competitive mindset with a strong work ethic — background as a collegiate or elite athlete is preferred and viewed favorably
