Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with Data Science, Engineering, IT, DGMN teams, and third-party partners to support the development and enhancement of media measurement and reporting capabilities
Contribute to testing, validation, and quality assurance of reporting outputs, dashboards, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency
Translate business needs into clear requirements for data science and data engineering teams
Support the rollout and adoption of measurement and reporting solutions across Operations, Insights, and Sales teams through documentation, resources, and training materials
Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve reporting tools and processes
Assist with ad hoc reporting requests to support product development and client needs

Requirements

Foundational understanding of statistical concepts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of performance data and provide actionable insights
Understanding of sales attribution across various touchpoints in the customer journey, including view-through conversions
Experience with SQL and statistical programming languages (e.g., Python or R)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate analytical and technical findings for non-technical audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to drive progress and solve business problems
Growth-oriented and collaborative mindset
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science)
~2 years of experience in data analysis, measurement, or reporting

Familiarity with complex measurement methodologies (e.g., attribution modeling, incrementality testing, A/B testing)
Experience collaborating on technical or data-focused projects
