Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple accounts and drive holistic integration across disciplines, leveraging expertise in all media channels, especially digital.
  • Deliver end-to-end marketing perspectives, identify business opportunities, and sell innovative solutions to grow client business and agency revenue.
  • With a focus on strategy, integration, and team management, you will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work, while mentoring and managing staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, staying up-to-date on industry trends and client needs to drive success.
  • Oversee media planning and execution to ensure high-quality work products.
  • Review briefs and challenge teams on strategic outputs using data-driven approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to deliver strategic excellence.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Identify business growth opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 8+ years of related media work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel functions (charts, graphs, pivot tables, VLookUp) and competency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in media applications, including MediaTools, KANTAR, and Prisma.
  • Strategic thinking skills with ability to lead client presentations and discussions.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across internal, external, and client teams.
  • Ability to adapt communication style and depth of content to relevant audiences, and present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to plan ahead, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
