Job Summary

Drive CJA implementations and analytics support as a practitioner-level contributor focused on delivering client-ready configurations and insights within the Adobe Experience Cloud.

  • Own CJA configurations, workspace projects, and data-view troubleshooting for client engagements.
  • Must-have: Hands-on CJA experience with implementation, workspace analysis, or support.
  • Standout: Deep proficiency across AEP components (CJA, AJO, RT-CDP, Target) to translate tech into business value.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a practitioner-level contributor on CJA implementations and ongoing support engagements - configuring data views, building workspace projects, and troubleshooting data discrepancies for clients.
  • Produce high-quality, CJA-centered client deliverables; initial drafts of technical configurations, performance reports, and solution documentation. Responsible for the first 80% of a deliverable's journey, ensuring senior review is focused on refinement rather than correction.
  • Own individual work streams within larger enterprise projects, hitting deadlines consistently while proactively communicating progress and potential blockers.
  • Operate with a "builder" mindset. While you will receive mentorship and moderate supervision, you will actively reduce your dependency on senior oversight through consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Move beyond the "how" to master the "why." Analyze client requests to surface the underlying business drivers, and identify when to escalate risks or flag expansion opportunities for the client team.
  • Develop and maintain deep technical proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, CJA, AJO, RT-CDP, and Target), bridging the gap between complex technical features and tangible business value for clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting, digital marketing, or data analytics role. A degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have a proven track record of learning new tools and processes quickly.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is required. This may include implementation work, workspace analysis, data view configuration, or support experience. Candidates with Adobe certifications (e.g., CJA Business Practitioner) are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Prior exposure to (or a desire to master) additional Adobe Experience Platform products (AEP), RT-CDP, Target, or AJO. If you don't have these specific certifications, you should have experience in comparable platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Braze, or Snowflake).
  • A developing ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for client audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or work streams in parallel with a high degree of organization and reliability.
  • Strong client communication and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated collaborative and “self-starter” mindset, with innate curiosity and a desire to grow rapidly within the Adobe ecosystem.

Preferred

  • Adobe certifications (e.g., CJA Business Practitioner) are strongly encouraged.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental and vision available for employees
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave & company holidays
  • Paid volunteer time
  • Flexible working hours
  • Summer Fridays
  • “Work From Home Light” days between Christmas and New Year’s Day
  • 401(k) Plan with 5% company match and no vesting period
  • Employer Paid Parental Leave
  • Health-care Spending Accounts
  • Dependent-care Spending Accounts
