Job Description

Responsibilities

Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources
Represent Elderhaus at community events, presentations, and outreach activities
Educate seniors, families, and professionals about our programs and services
Guide prospective participants through the enrollment process
Coordinate tours, assessments, and enrollment documentation
Maintain regular communication with families and referral partners
Track outreach activities and support enrollment goals
Supervise and support enrollment team members

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Services, or a related field preferred
Experience in marketing, sales, healthcare, senior services, social services, or case management preferred
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, healthcare, or senior services is a plus
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
