Job Description

Responsibilities

  • CSP.21 Initiative: Secure requirements and information from team members, consolidate inputs, and share with the central group to inform platform development.
  • CSP.21 Initiative: Lead forums or cabinets to gather insights and feedback from across the team.
  • CSP.21 Initiative: Apply understanding of marketing processes to simplify and automate the marketing campaign lifecycle, reducing manual tasks and data entry.
  • CSP.21 Initiative: Support efforts to streamline campaign roles, approvals, and guardrails.
  • Process Improvement: Lead process improvement projects, such as developing a common taxonomy for campaign evidence storage.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Marketing Administration & Controls team to drive marketing operations and innovation projects forward.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and take ownership of driving these initiatives forward.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with the team to submit, track, and prioritize technology requests to enhance tools leveraged by the team.
  • Track and report on process improvement initiatives, providing regular updates on progress, outcomes, and impact.
  • Create clear, effective presentations to support project communication and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing, project management, or a related discipline, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and campaign management.
  • Experience in program or project management, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies in professional and personal settings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing technology platforms, especially within JPMorganChase.
  • Background in process improvement and change management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities.
  • Demonstrated ownership and initiative in driving projects to completion.
  • Detail-oriented and strategic thinker, with a focus on broader organizational impact.
  • Enthusiastic adopter of AI, with a curious mindset for continuous learning and innovation.
