Job Summary

Own the brand and campaigns across online and offline channels, with a strong tilt toward launches, packaging decisions, and cross-functional collaboration aimed at multi-unit restaurant operations.

Campaign Ownership: plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns to raise awareness and drive traffic across channels.
Product & Packaging: guide packaging and tableware selection to reinforce brand while improving operations and cost efficiency.
Launch & Market Insights: coordinate grand openings, new brands, and use market data to steer product and marketing decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive store traffic.
Plan and implement seasonal promotions, product launches, and partnership campaigns to boost sales performance.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing strategies based on performance data.
Select and optimize food packaging, tableware, and related materials in alignment with the brand positioning.
Collaborate with operations and suppliers to enhance customer experience while maintaining a consistent brand image.
Evaluate new products and materials for functionality, aesthetics, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Participate in the planning and execution of new brands, new store openings, and special marketing projects.
Develop grand opening marketing plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project launches.
Support project implementation from concept through execution and post-launch evaluation.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
Analyze market data and customer insights to support product innovation and marketing decisions.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve brand competitiveness and business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, brand promotion, or related roles; experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, especially multi-unit or chain operations, is preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels, with proven experience in campaign planning and execution.
Excellent market research and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies based on data and consumer insights.
Experience in product selection, packaging development, tableware sourcing, or cross-functional collaboration with suppliers is a plus.
Highly responsible, execution-oriented, innovative, and results-driven, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
