Job Summary

Drive and own marketing systems and AI-enabled workflows to streamline programs and cross-functional processes.

  • Own the marketing systems of record and cross-channel workflows
  • Must-have: AI builder with Claude/ChatGPT, Google Apps Script, or Zapier
  • Cross-functional program leadership and AI adoption evangelism

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the marketing system of record: a centralized, connected hub for programs, campaigns, calendars, vendor trackers, and key documents — the single source of truth the team relies on
  • Design and operationalize the content supply chain: intake and prioritization, production tracking, review/approval workflows, and distribution across channels
  • Partner with integrated program management and occasionally lead a cross functional program; tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for cross-functional initiatives
  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate high-frequency ops tasks
  • Own the Google Workspace strategy for marketing: template standardization, shared drive architecture, naming conventions, and automation via Google Apps Script and Slack integrations
  • Build and maintain a library of AI prompts, custom skills, and lightweight automations tailored to marketing use cases (board prep, campaign briefs, competitive summaries, comms drafts)
  • Champion AI adoption within marketing: evangelize tools like Claude, run workshops, partner with L&D on enablement, and track adoption/impact across the team
  • Support Head of Strat and Ops on the marketing rhythm of the business: weekly business reviews (WBRs), monthly all-hands (Power Surge), quarterly reviews, and cross-functional syncs
  • Serve as the operational connective tissue across Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and HR

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in strategy & operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff-adjacent role at a B2B SaaS company
  • AI builder, not just AI user — you’ve created automations, workflows, or internal tools using Claude, ChatGPT, Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or similar.
  • Systems thinker — you see the connections between processes and build infrastructure that scales
  • Google Workspace power user — advanced Sheets (including Apps Script), Slides, and Docs
  • Strong program management instincts — you can manage multiple concurrent initiatives, track dependencies across teams
  • Curiosity and agency — you’re a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity

Preferred

  • Experience supporting C-level executives in a chief of staff or ops lead capacity
  • Background building Google Apps Script automations, Slack bots, or internal productivity tools
  • Experience running AI enablement or training programs for non-technical teams
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack (Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake) or experience in the data/analytics industry
  • Exposure to Jira, Asana, Height, or similar tools for marketing program management
  • Management consulting, BizOps, or corporate strategy background

Benefits

  • 100% employer-paid medical insurance *
  • Generous paid time-off policy (PTO), plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave policy, holidays, and volunteer days off
  • RSU stock grants*
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Company virtual happy hours, free food, and fun team-building activities
  • Monthly cell phone stipend
  • Access to an innovative mental health support platform that offers personalized care and resources for all covered employees
