Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and production of proposals (SOQs, RFQs, RFPs) and interview materials
Develop proposal schedules, coordinate deadlines, and manage formatting, proofreading, and content collection
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technical staff to gather and develop project information, technical content, photos, resumes, and other proposal materials
Maintain CRM and marketing databases, including project descriptions, staff resumes, pursuit information, and other marketing data
Create and edit graphics, presentations, flyers, and marketing collateral in alignment with company brand standards
Track upcoming opportunities and maintain marketing calendars and pursuit logs
Support planning and coordination of conferences, career fairs, client events, and internal company events
Support award submissions and other firm visibility initiatives
Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, and quality across marketing materials

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry
Experience supporting the development of SOQs, RFPs, and RFQs preferred
Experience with CRM and/or Deltek Ajera a plus
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic Canva or PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical staff and leadership
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
