Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Confer with lottery industry professionals, retailers, vendors, and associated organizations to obtain information and market intelligence.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and merchandising programs designed to increase lottery sales and player engagement.
  • Plan, coordinate, conduct, and oversee presentations, demonstrations, promotional events, and outreach activities for retailers, industry representatives, and consumers.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare market analysis reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze market condition data related to department-sponsored programs, projects, and policies, and recommend modifications or improvements.
  • Develop, publish, and monitor social media content; respond to player inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare written reports, correspondence, and project updates to communicate program status, results, and recommendations.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with retailers, vendors, media representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • The position will also work with the Lottery Games Manager during the game development process to provide input based on consumer demand.

Requirements

  • A six (6) year combination of education, experience, and/or training in business administration, marketing, sales, public relations, or directly related field.
