Responsibilities

• Manage and update digital menus and in-store signage to ensure accuracy and visual consistency
• Design and oversee merchandising displays, endcaps, feature tables, and seasonal store refreshes
• Support new product launches with educational displays, talking points, and visual materials
• Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all in-store touchpoints
• Coordinate swag design and production
• Manage all aspects of the loyalty program including Alpine IQ administration and PUF oversight
• Maintain and update the RoadTrip website
• Own and manage the monthly promotional calendar in collaboration with the Purchasing & Inventory team
• Plan and execute vendor-funded promotions and co-marketing opportunities
• Develop and manage loyalty program campaigns to drive repeat visits and basket size

Requirements

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
• Experience with loyalty platforms or CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal oversight

Preferred

• Experience in the cannabis industry or familiarity with Massachusetts CCC compliance requirements for marketing and advertising
• Experience with Alpine IQ or similar cannabis loyalty/CRM platforms
• Background in community marketing, local brand building, or event coordination
• Familiarity with cannabis retail operations and budtender culture
