  • CRM Campaigns and Events Ops: track metrics in CRM, report on performance, and provide logistics support for industry events and activations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Support and Management: Support the preparation and posting of content across various platforms; Collaborate on the creation and iteration of designed assets; Support newsletter creation from planning through execution, including content gathering, copy development, formatting, and QA
  • Content Planning: Maintain a consistent content calendar; ensure upcoming posts, campaigns, cultural moments, events, and deadlines are organized and executed on time
  • CRM Campaign Management and Reporting: Track and pull marketing metrics in CRM systems; Compile reports on marketing performance to help optimize
  • Events Coordination: Provide executional support for industry conferences, client events, partner activations, and marketing initiatives; Help manage event logistics and related assets
  • Project Management and Coordination: Keep marketing projects moving by tracking deadlines, organizing inputs, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring materials are delivered on time; Use PM tools to organize tasks, timelines, calendars, and campaign workflows

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, content or agency role
  • Degree(s) such as B.A./B.S. in marketing, communication, journalism, English, business or related field (Equivalent experience welcome)
  • Strong writing skills: ability to write clear, concise, engaging copy across formats
  • CRM and marketing technology fluency (comfortable with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Project management skills: ability to juggle multiple deadlines, organize details, follow up with stakeholders
  • Event coordination mindset: manage logistics, timelines, materials, and details for events
  • Creative eye for design, layout, and visual polish; ability to make light edits or partner with designers
  • Keen eye for detail (quality control of formatting, links, capitalization)
  • Collaborative and proactive; clear communication, feedback welcome, takes initiative
  • Curiosity about culture and business: interest in media, entertainment, technology, lifestyle, sports, gaming and trends
  • Growth mindset: eagerness to learn, build skills, take on responsibility, grow in a fast-moving team

Preferred

  • Experience in an insights firm, research agency, creative agency, media company, consulting firm or other B2B environment is strongly preferred.
