Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide video and print marketing campaigns to support Retail, Workforce Development, Interpretations Services, Philanthropy, and Corporate.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
  • Liaise with executive team and Department Managers to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
  • Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.

Requirements

  • (BS/BA) in Marketing, PR, Journalism, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Two (2) years’ proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role managing projects; experience in a nonprofit setting is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with public relations, community outreach, administration and database management.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and executing social media campaigns
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and techniques
  • Strong email design and content creation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
