Job Description

Responsibilities - Develops and manages an integrated content calendar across email, social, events, and partner channels; writes compelling copy and coordinates with internal and external design resources to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time - Executes email marketing campaigns, including audience strategy, campaign deployment, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continually improve engagement and conversion - Manages and optimizes multiple social media channels by scheduling content, monitoring performance, engaging with audiences, and refining strategy based on analytics and best practices - Develops, maintains, and communicates marketing resources for partners by proactively creating, updating, and organizing content within the Partner Portal to support partner success and adoption - Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop and deliver quarterly newsletters and other recurring communications aligned with business priorities - Creates and promotes partner success stories, case studies, and testimonials that highlight value, drive credibility, and support sales enablement efforts - Manages company participation at in-person events (conferences and tradeshows), including planning logistics, coordinating vendors, supporting booth strategy, and tracking post-event results and follow-up activities - Plans, coordinates, and executes online events such as webinars, including promotion, registration workflows, partner collaboration, and post-event reporting - Tracks and reports on campaign performance and key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives Requirements - A degree in Marketing or Communications - 3 to 5 years of related marketing experience - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects - Experience with Pardot, Constant Contact or similar - Strong grasp of email marketing best practices - Basic design skills with Canva or the Adobe creative suite Nice_to_have - CRM/Salesforce.com experience preferred Benefits - Medical plans with company subsidies - Health Savings Account (HSA) with a company contribution - 401(k) with an employer match - paid vacation that increases with tenure - paid holidays - wellness time - paid maternity and bonding leave - company-paid disability and life insurance Compensation - $65,000 — $77,000 USD How_to_apply - About_company - Alarm.com is the leading platform for the intelligently connected property.
