Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, from content calendar to daily posting
• Create original content that educates consumers about hiring lawyers, highlights the value of honest reviews, and builds the LawyerCheck brand
• Grow our audience and engagement through organic content, creator partnerships, and community building
• Lead public relations and press outreach to consumer-facing media outlets in our launch markets
• Track and report performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, reach, conversions) and use insights to refine strategy
• Maintain brand consistency across every consumer-facing channel
• Coordinate with our founding team on messaging, launches, and campaigns

Requirements

• 1-2 years of social media management experience (consumer brand, startup, or agency)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok; what works, what doesn\'t, and why
• A real point of view on content; what makes something resonate vs. fall flat
• Ability to write clean, scannable, voice-driven captions and copy
• Comfort with analytics tools and pulling insights from data
• Self-starter who can own a function and execute without daily oversight

Preferred

• Bonus: experience in consumer-trust categories (legal, health, finance, real estate)
