  • Ask what guests love most about their trip and share quick recommendations for dining, shopping, and local highlights around Waikoloa
  • Provide useful information about Hawai‘i Island—beaches, scenic drives, cultural sites, family-friendly activities, and planning tips using approved resources
  • When available, share eligible offers, promotions, or discounts using approved materials (accuracy and compliance matter!)

  • Schedule guest appointments for presentations and previews (plus mini-vacation packages when applicable) and clearly explain where to go, when to arrive, and what to expect
  • Enter accurate guest/appointment info into basic systems (tablet, iPad, or PC), keep your space organized, and work toward daily and weekly goals with coaching

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English, speaking, reading, writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, confident learning new systems

Preferred

  • We often hire from retail, kiosks/booths, promotions, customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, call centers, or business development. Experience with metrics, goals, and incentive-based pay is beneficial. Strong Hawai‘i Island knowledge is also a plus. Previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience can help—but we’re happy to train the right person.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage from Day One
  • Paid time off, vacation, sick time, and paid parental leave
  • 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and company stock purchase program
