Job Summary

Drive frontline administrative support and customer-facing coordination for Penn Play operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate both Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Independently initiates, follows up on, and complete assignments as well as special projects.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers.
  • Sound interpersonal judgment and decision-making skills in coordinating administrative tasks, using discretion when necessary, understanding the potential impact on the department.
  • Demonstrated ability to make immediate decisions in order to determine Penn Play qualifications and admission.
  • Understanding of property and department policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Effective verbal communication skills in person and on the telephone
  • Knowledge of credit operations, rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of inter-related department functions such as Cashiers Cage, Collections, and Revenue Audit
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of Coupa or other procurement systems
