Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute marketing strategies that translate our craft into commercial momentum across digital, trade, and in-person channels.
  • Lead PR campaigns that position Lilly''s as the authority in fresh pasta — pitching media, securing press, and amplifying launches, partnerships, and milestones.
  • Run market research to keep us sharp on competitive trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities in foodservice and retail.
  • Support the sales team with the materials and narratives they need to win — broker decks, distributor content, trade-show presence, and customer-facing storytelling.
  • Own marketing collateral end-to-end — photography, video, social, packaging support, sales enablement, and digital assets.
  • Represent Lilly''s in the field — at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events — with the warmth and pride that define our culture.
  • Manage budgets and measure performance — every campaign tied to a number, every dollar tied to a return.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in food, hospitality, or premium CPG
  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, and market research
  • Strong digital marketing chops — content, social, and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can move fluently between trade press, social, and executive brand voice
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools
  • Team leadership, project management, and budget management experience
  • Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred
  • A proactive, creative, strategic mindset — and the ownership to ship, not just plan

Preferred

  • An understanding and appreciation of Italian culinary tradition is a strong plus

Benefits

  • 40 years of brand equity — built on real craft, real family, and real relationships.
  • A growth-stage company scaling vision with the systems and leadership to get there.
  • Direct access to leadership — no layers, no politics. You''ll work alongside our CEO, CFO, and sales leaders.
  • A culture that means it — family-founded, team-built, and obsessed with quality at every level.
  • Hybrid flexibility, competitive compensation, and full benefits.
