Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce (independently) digital newsletters, social media content, and website content.
  • Assist with database tagging of photography and web page amenities.
  • Assist with graphic design of marketing materials including web banners and flyers that follow brand standards guidelines
  • Provide photography/videography support at parks programs, facilities, or amenities.
  • Assist with updating park kiosks and our database of signage throughout parks.
  • Utilize website maintenance tools to improve quality of content on web pages.
  • Attend in-house trainings and presentations to assist marketing team on storytelling opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Background and interest in marketing, communications, public affairs, writing, graphic design, social media, photography, videography, digital advertising including Facebook, Google Ads, and/or digital newsletter.
  • Ability to complete tasks both independently under minimal supervision and as part of a team, paying attention to details, and working within design guidelines and deadlines.
  • Skilled in editing websites in WordPress content management system or something similar.
  • General computer skills and advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, required.
  • Develop marketing plans; previous experience preferred.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Background and interest in marketing, communications, public affairs, writing, graphic design, social media, photography, videography, digital advertising including Facebook, Google Ads, and/or digital newsletter.
