Job Summary
Own and drive marketing project delivery across cross-functional teams, balancing schedules, risks, and stakeholder updates to ensure on-time execution and clear documentation.
- Project Execution: Manage intake, timelines, trackers, and status updates to keep campaigns on track.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to drive alignment and seamless execution.
- Risk & Communication: Identify risks early and clearly communicate changes to stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned marketing projects from intake through completion
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, trackers, and status updates
- Monitor timelines, identify risks, and communicate changes as needed
- Partner with internal and external teams to support project execution
- Lead or support project meetings, including agendas and follow-up notes
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of project management, operations management, or marketing operations experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools preferred
Preferred
- Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management software
- Previous experience in a retail marketing environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects
