Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for tactical marketing initiatives and campaign executions
• Build and manage project timelines, workback schedules, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while balancing shifting priorities
• Partner with internal marketing stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate deliverables and approvals
• Provide regular status updates and manage expectations across stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or related disciplines
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end in marketing or campaign-driven environments
• Experience supporting enterprise organizations within highly regulated industries such as financial services or banking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

• Experience with marketing workflow and asset management platforms like Aprimo
• Understanding of creative production workflows and cross-channel marketing execution
• Familiarity with compliance-driven marketing environments and approval processes
