Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing projects aligned with university goals.
  • Assist with documenting project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Coordinate project tasks and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain project timelines and task tracking within project management systems.
  • Monitor project status and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Help ensure projects stay on track through consistent follow-up.
  • Facilitate communication between design, web, communications, and content teams.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project updates and status reporting.
  • Assist with coordinating resources across projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field OR
  • 2–4 years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
  • Experience supporting projects in marketing, higher education, or creative environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Interest in marketing and higher education is a plus.
