Job Summary
Coordinate marketing operations across multiple sites, keeping campaigns, content, and assets on track while aligning with branding and reporting needs.
- Own workflow prioritization, timelines, and KPI tracking across CMS, CRM, and event systems.
- Coordinate website updates and content like blogs, bios, pages, and forms across multiple locations.
- Synchronize cross-functional teams, providers, and vendors to hit milestones and maintain brand standards.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming marketing requests and help prioritize workflows
- Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones in our PM systems
- Coordinate with internal team members, practice leaders, providers and vendors
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and organized
- Update website content in WordPress
- Upload blogs, provider bios, landing pages, and forms
- Help maintain accuracy across multiple websites and listings
- Coordinate and schedule social media content in scheduling platforms
- Build registration pages, forms, and event setup in web platforms
- Support CE programs, referral events, and internal meetings
