Responsibilities

• Support marketing programs from initial ideas through implementation and analysis
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication among multiple teams
• Assist in encouraging agency owners to participate in marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with external vendors to support marketing programs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline workflows

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in a 2-year community college or technical program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Interest in project management and marketing
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred

• Experience or familiarity with digital marketing or campaign execution
• Comfort working in a collaborative environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Interest in understanding agency distribution models
