Build and manage the referral network and community presence by engaging doctors, clinics, and patients, while running coordinated outreach that expands awareness and drives collaboration.
- Grow and sustain physician referrals and partner relationships.
- Plan and execute community events, patient outreach, and cross-channel campaigns.
- Develop engaging content and social presence to showcase services and value.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Visiting physician offices and building trust with providers and staff
- Starting conversations (even when it’s not convenient or comfortable)
- Surveying patients & referral sources to gather information
- Following up consistently and staying top-of-mind
- Representing Teton Therapy at events, lunches, and in the community
- Communicating the value of our services clearly and confidently
- Being organized in your various projects and managing your time efficiently
- Build and grow referral relationships with physicians and medical offices
- Coordinate provider lunches, drop-offs, and clinic tours
- Represent Teton Therapy at community events and networking opportunities
