Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance data to identify which efforts produce results, track lead quality and sales outcomes, and spot wasted spending.
  • Explain what the numbers mean, why results appear, and what changes should be made to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Review performance data, identify trends, measure results, and provide clear recommendations that support business growth and better decision-making.
  • Furniture industry background or strong experience working with a furniture store, mattress retailer, big box retail showroom, or similar home furnishings business.
  • The right candidate should understand how furniture customers shop, how promotions influence buying behavior, how financing can affect decision-making, and how to connect marketing performance to real sales results.
