Job Summary

Own the development and execution of partnerships and creator-led programs, coordinating workshops, activations, and launches to drive community engagement, product adoption, and measurable ROI.

  • Collaborate with Sales, GTM, Product, Brand, Retail, and global teams to align programs with launches

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with makers, creators, designers, SMB communities, complementary brands, retailers, and industry organizations.
  • Plan and execute workshops, product demonstrations, pop-up experiences, creator events, design challenges, and product-preview programs.
  • Build and manage engagement programs for professional makers, small businesses, studios, and independent creators.
  • Develop co-branded, creator-led, and in-store initiatives that support customer acquisition and product adoption.
  • Identify customer stories, use cases, and community advocates for case studies and brand content.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Track program performance, including participation, engagement, leads, influenced revenue, and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, GTM, Product, Brand, Retail, and global teams to align programs with business priorities and product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, experiential programs, community engagement, brand activation, field marketing, or a related area.
  • Demonstrated experience developing partnerships and executing in-person programs in the North American market.
  • Strong understanding of maker, DIY, creator, design, or small-business communities.
  • Strong project-management, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple programs from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Experience of working with cross-functional or global teams.
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally support evening or weekend events.

Preferred

  • Experience in creative tools, consumer electronics, hardware, design technology, or a related consumer or prosumer category.
  • Existing relationships within North American maker, creator, design, or SMB communities.
  • Experience managing pop-ups, showrooms, workshops, trade shows, product demonstrations, or creator programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM, project-management, event-management, or community platforms.
