Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding martech tools from a data-flow, privacy-review, approval, and governance perspective
  • Managing consent and preference data across systems and verifying downstream enforcement
  • Monitoring CRM/CDP data quality, duplicates, decay, bad form fills, and hygiene ownership
  • Responding to data incidents, data-subject requests, audience-sharing approvals, and access audits
  • You will be asked to explain workflows specifically within: marketing data governance, consent propagation, preference management, data-quality monitoring, and incident-response workflows.
  • You should only apply if you can confidently walk through these areas step-by-step based on your own experience and respond to AI-led interview questions with depth, clarity, and real-world examples.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow

Requirements

  • 7+ years in MarTech operations, marketing data governance, marketing operations, or privacy-adjacent data management
  • Direct, hands-on experience in marketing data governance, consent propagation, preference management, data-quality monitoring, and incident-response workflows
  • Experience making or influencing decisions related to tool approval, data-flow risk, consent enforcement, audience-sharing rules, DSR handling, access controls, and audit requirements
  • Familiarity with tools such as: OneTrust, Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, Tealium, mParticle, Snowflake, BigQuery, Jira, ServiceNow, CDP platforms
  • Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
  • Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
