Job Summary

Own end-to-end audience segmentation workflows with a clear hand on consent gating, suppression, and data hygiene to prevent over-messaging across lifecycle and campaign triggers.

  • Audience segmentation: own criteria, data sources, and consent rules to shape who sees messages and when.
  • List validation and hygiene: enforce suppression, manage overlap, and fix stale or missing records to keep reach accurate.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Building audience segments from campaign, lifecycle, behavioural, or leadership triggers
  • Validating addressable lists, suppression logic, overlap, and frequency controls
  • Managing data quality issues such as stale records, bad emails, and missing attributes
  • Applying consent, regional rules, and sensitive-attribute restrictions to segmentation
  • Explain workflows specifically within: audience segmentation, list validation, consent gating, suppression, and over-messaging prevention workflows
  • Explain workflows step-by-step based on your own experience and respond to AI-led interview questions with depth, clarity, and real-world examples

Requirements

  • 6+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, audience strategy, or customer marketing operations
  • Direct, hands-on experience in audience segmentation, list validation, consent gating, suppression, and over-messaging prevention workflows
  • Experience making or influencing decisions related to segment criteria, data-source selection, consent enforcement, suppression rules, list hygiene, and contact-frequency governance
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, CDP platforms, Excel, SQL
  • Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
  • Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
