Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own, evolve and connect the global marketing communications process framework, including annual planning, campaign workflow, and end-to-end content operations.
  • Standardize marketing workflows across strategy, creative, media, production, and analytics functions to enable greater speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Establish and maintain a global RACI model for marketing operations, clarifying roles and responsibilities across global, divisional, and market teams.
  • Monitor process adherence, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement across markets and categories.
  • Oversee the consistent operational use of marketing technology platforms, including Agency Management, MRM, DAM, and PIM systems.
  • Partner with the Global Technology and Data teams to ensure effective integration, governance, and adoption of tools across the marketing ecosystem.
  • Champion technology-enabled efficiency, automation, and data-driven marketing operations, including the resSponsible use of AI and workflow automation.
  • Lead the design, strategy, definition and tracking of operational performance metrics, including process adherence, campaign delivery time, asset reuse, and content ROI.
  • Oversee reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into marketing operations performance and enable informed decision-making.
  • Ensure post-campaign operational reporting is standardized globally and shared across teams for continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 15+ years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing transformation, or marketing management within a global CPG or equivalent complex organization.
  • Proven experience leading multi-market or multi-brand operational governance programs.
  • Deep expertise of marketing workflow, content operations, and marketing technology platforms (Agency Management, DAM, MRM, PIM).
  • Strong knowledge of agency management, production operations, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of marketing effectiveness, and operational effectiveness KPI’s
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across global and market organizations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to educate and influence management and senior leaders to act in a desired manner through written and verbal communication
  • Key leadership skills required include: Setting the Agenda, creating strategic case for change, think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to navigate organizational complexity and deal with ambiguity and multiple iterations
