Responsibilities\n

  • Collaborate with the leads across Commercial, Attendee and Content & Audience to track and manage budgets across marketing pillars, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • \n
  • Contribute to the strategy cycle planning process by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration to align with organizational goals.
  • \n
  • Provide regular updates on budget tracking and highlight opportunities for optimization.
  • \n
  • Work with the marketing team to safeguard marketing processes by ensuring adherence to established workflows and frameworks.
  • \n
  • Support the embedding of agile ways of working by contributing to iterative planning, adaptability, and collaboration across teams.
  • \n
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and enable teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • \n
  • Coordinate supplier management tasks, including onboarding, contract management, and adherence to procurement processes, in collaboration with the Marketing Operations Manager.
  • \n
  • Act as a point of contact between Group Marketing Procurement, suppliers, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with project needs and timelines.
  • \n
  • Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback or recommendations to the Marketing Operations Manager for further action.
  • \n
  • Work with digital operations and operations teams to enable key projects, including registration briefing and management, app setup, and signage coordination.
  • \n
\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • Foundational experience in marketing operations or a similar role, with knowledge of budget tracking, process enablement, and cross-team coordination.
  • \n
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with supplier management processes, including onboarding and contract management.
  • \n
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on operational performance metrics.
  • \n
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • \n
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • \n
