Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, client, industry, and competitive research to support business development initiatives
  • Monitor procurement websites, capital improvement programs, and regional opportunities to identify potential pursuits
  • Compile, organize, and maintain market intelligence, client data, stakeholder lists, and opportunity tracking
  • Maintain marketing databases, business intelligence tools, and operational platforms, including BizCred
  • Track on-call contracts, contract renewals, regional opportunities, and other marketing activities
  • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, metrics, and data analyses to support decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data and reporting
  • Support process improvement initiatives by developing standardized tracking tools, documenting workflows, and identifying operational efficiencies
  • Assist with the implementation and adoption of new technologies, automation tools, and marketing systems
  • Provide research and operational support for regional marketing initiatives, growth strategies, and special projects

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in marketing, market research, data analysis, business operations, or a related field
  • Experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and business research techniques
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to gather, organize, and summarize information from multiple sources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn CRM systems, marketing databases, and reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
