Job Summary

Own multi-channel marketing operations and governance with budget discipline, risk-aware ad concepts, and timely project management across campaigns and creative workflows.

Operations and governance: oversee audits, expense controls, monthly reporting, and calendared campaigns to ensure alignment with timelines and brand standards.
Project execution: manage workflows, deadlines, and collaboration with business-unit leads to ensure on-time delivery and compliant creative concepts.
Compliance and risk: ensure advertising submissions follow rules and due diligence, while updating policies and checklists as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborates with the team to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines, brand vision, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities: Proactively manages aspects of Department operations and obtain high standard/strong audit results with Marketing, social media, and Advertising audits.
Responsibilities: Assists with non-interest expense control and improvements. Monitors and maintains expense accounts and budgets.
Responsibilities: Implements and oversees monthly control and timely submission of Department reports.
Responsibilities: Assist with Bank event related activities such as location searches, contract reviews, expense control, and budget tracking.
Responsibilities: Manages the operations of marketing campaigns and creative development workflows, safeguards projects adherence to schedules and budgets.
Responsibilities: Partners with Business Unit leaders and key collaborators to ensure that new workflows and processes are understood, followed, and evaluated.
Responsibilities: Manages workflows to ensure project execution and meeting deadlines for all marketing projects and deliverables.
Responsibilities: Works with the Creative Manager on marketing/advertising concepts to ensure applicability of relevant rules/regulations. Ensures that advertised product(s) and services(s) have been risk-rated and have been through proper and adequate due diligence.
Responsibilities: Amends and enhances existing programs, policies and procedures, and checklists as needed for the approval process.

Requirements: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements: LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to management.
Requirements: MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Requirements: REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Requirements: COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred: The ideal incumbent will be comfortable with photography and utilizing various camera settings.
