Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Zen Media’s marketing and operational strategy , ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee execution of B2B marketing campaigns across PR, digital, content, and paid media channels.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in delivery and client satisfaction .
• Develop and refine operational processes, workflows, and reporting structures to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and performance goals for both marketing and operations.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to executive leadership and clients.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
• Partner with sales and account teams to support client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth .
• Represent Zen Media with professionalism and authority in client-facing communications.

Requirements

• Calm, confident leadership style with the ability to manage complex projects and client expectations.
• Proven track record (7+ years) in marketing and operations leadership , ideally within B2B or agency settings.
• Experience in managing and scaling teams , with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, digital channels, and PR integration .
• Preferably has a personal portfolio of past marketing/operations work demonstrating measurable impact.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Translating CEO vision into clear, actionable execution across marketing and operations
• Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational ownership
• Leading B2B marketing initiatives while ensuring performance and delivery quality

Preferred

• Experience in enterprise, SaaS, professional services, or manufacturing industries .
• Familiarity with PR-driven marketing models and earned/shared media strategies.
• Previous success in operational scaling of a digital or PR agency .
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools, CRMs, or automation systems .
