Responsibilities

• Design realistic marketing operations scenarios based on actual business workflows and operational challenges.
• Create task briefs involving lead routing, workflow automation, campaign operations, reporting, and sales-marketing alignment .
• Define the documents, dashboards, personas, datasets, and system configurations required for realistic operational simulations.
• Develop and review reference solutions and evaluation criteria for operational decision-making tasks.
• Assess AI-generated outputs against professional marketing operations standards and best practices.
• Evaluate tasks involving process optimization, campaign execution, data quality management, reporting, QA, and operational troubleshooting .
• Create evaluation rubrics that distinguish strong operational judgment from plausible but incorrect reasoning.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance across marketing technology and workflow environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Operations, or a related field.
• Experience building and managing lead routing systems, workflow automations, campaign operations processes, and reporting frameworks .
• Strong expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, project management platforms, and customer support systems .
• Experience using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Asana, Linear, Zendesk, Intercom, or equivalent platforms .
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales operations, data management, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to evaluate complex operational decisions using business context, systems knowledge, and process best practices.
• Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills.

Preferred

• Experience building operational frameworks, training programs, process documentation, or evaluation systems .
• Prior experience with AI training projects, AI evaluation, RL environments, or simulated business environments .
• Familiarity with Rubric Academy, Rubric Bootcamp, or similar evaluation methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale marketing technology stacks and multi-system integrations.
• Experience mentoring operations teams or leading process transformation initiatives.
